When is to sick to process meat?

Ok I have raised a few batches of meat chickens but haven’t had any be sickly, until this batch. My question is when is too sick to process, safely? I have one with hip displacement or broken leg. And another with discolored comb who seems to be struggling, I am thinking his heart is given out but obviously not sure. I quarantined him just encase.

As long as it’s just weight related, it’s fine.

I wouldn't process one with a discolored comb. Not saying its unsafe just saying its something I personally would play it safe on.
