Going to take a walk and talk with hubby, its time to relax, and let out frustrations and maybe come up with a new plan.

Besides BBB you can post on every online review site.I ended up going this route after a roofer refused to repair a leak on a 4 month old new roof.When spring rolled around he responded to the BBB complaint I filed in the fall saying the leaks were old,and not the result of his roofing work.Anyway the personal reviews online will give prospective customers more details on why they should avoid that company.BBB listings are too general,but still a good addition.



Every year I dig up more of the lawn and plant things I don't have to work on much. I hate cutting the lawn in the front yard.Such a waste of space. I am going to put in fruit trees and shrubs.

I would like to point out that while talking with my husband, I said... did you look at the 5 hours of labor repair? He said no, it was in the 'resealed' under carriage area and is hidden from view. We can not even look at the repair without breaking a vita seal to see what was done.

So I just realized I was asked to pay for a repair that I had NO way to even look at.

Anyways, I am sitting down and filling out the complaint today. Whether I got the mower back or not, the whole situation was WRONG.

2. we are in the same boat, except its my minivan that is driving us crazy. DHs hours have been cut from 60 to 32 and the bills keep getting higher

I need more surgery on my leg but we just paid off the one surgery and cant afford to get it done again. He feels horrible because he knows I am hurting badly but wont go, I feel bad because he is doing his best and still worried about us!

I laughed and told my sister that I think I have sold everything I can on craigslist except myself and noone but DH would want that lol lol lol lol

I mean, we made cuts in bills (I've cut $250 out of our monthly bills and costs, including cell phones, tv, no a/c or heat in the house anymore, I paid off 2 credit cards with our tax return so NO debt!) but I had to add on $47 a month insurance payments for him to go into business for himself. I really hope it works. At least he's getting a job here and there each week. It helps.
