When should I be going into lockdown?

My fiance set his silkie eggs on 4/20 around this time (1:30 AM). My first question is, would that make 4/20 count as being Day 1 being that they were incubating that whole day, in turn makeing the hatch day 5/10? If so would we be going into lockdown right now, or tomorrow night? I want to know so I can get the humidity up and make sure the eggs aren't getting turned when they aren't supposed to be? Sorry, we are completely new to hatching eggs...It's nerve racking!!!!

Count 24 hours from setting time, so 01:30 on the 21st was day one done. Lockdown before you go to bed at the end of the 18th day. Should be plenty of time, if you lockdown too early you won't hatch them quicker, just stand a chance of drowning them.
