When should I butcher white rocks?

Im not sure when to butcher my white rock roosters. They are 6 weeks old now, they only look half grown.

I don't know about rocks but I butcher my extra roos at 4 months old and they dress out pretty good. Much older than that and they start to act too roostery for me.

Thanks for the reply. I'm not sure what meat bird i will get next. Im not sure which breed is the best to get. Im going to have 1 rooster a few hens to raise my own meat bird. What kind of meat birds do you raise? I read on here that the cornish rocks dont breed true so im not sure what to raise for meat.
