When Should I Butcher?

I have a ton of roosters, all I need to know is how old do they need to get for the best meat?

Well we need to know what type of roosters they are ?? I am assuming they are a standard and not a cornish x or freedom ranger.. If that is the case then around 20 weeks would be best ,... If they are a fast growing bird then 8-12 weeks ...

I start my extras at about 17 wks to 26 wks depending on what breed they are.
