So I have 8 ISA Brown hens about 14 weeks old when should I start seeing eggs? When should I switch to layer feed? Should I start mixing 50% layer/50% grower starting next week?

Could be anywhere from 18 weeks to 24 weeks. Now that days are starting to get shorter, it could be longer.
Not knowing when they will lay, switch to layer when you get the first eggs.
Definitely don't start mixing. Layer feed doesn't stimulate laying, it just has more calcium to replenish that used from the medullary bone to build shells. 14 weeks is just too early to bump up the calcium. The kidneys can't handle it.
