When Should I expect these pullets to start laying?

I have a Red sex link shes 23 weeks old (she is my speciel needs chicken, she got horrible frostbite feet in winter I did not think she would make it)

2 barred rocks 12.5 weeks old

1 light brahma 12.5 weeks old

1 dark brahma 12.5 weeks old

1 EE 12.5 weeks old

2 Australorps 12.5 weeks old


Out of the 12.5 weeks old, what breed is lost likely to lay first?

and when should the RSL start?

I wouldnt start looking for eggs until they are at least 18-20 weeks and if you get some before then..your a lucky person
