My one hen hatched out seven chicks about a week agoe. i have fenced them off in the away from my 5 guineas. When should I start to let momma take them outside?

In my flocks, usually they are used to the babies by a week. I have let 3 broodies out this season with babies a week old and they have all been fine under their momma hen's protection. Plus the babies are sturdy enough to move around well. (did have one fight over the nest at hatch which resulted in a day old chick getting killed)

I don't have guinea's though, so I'm not sure if they would be different.

I am the same but My chicks have no mother,
so maybe a little later?

Then you would want to wait until they are roughly the same size - approximately 12-13 weeks. If you have a lot of space for the little ones to get away (or hide), you might be able to do it sooner - around 7-8 weeks.
