I'm also in your area. I'll make 2 assumptions - that you're getting a pretty common variety, and you're getting layer hens.
I ordered my chicks for late April arrival, and got them around 19 May due to backlogs etc. I wouldn't go for a delivery any earlier than mid-April, because it still gets quite cool in the evenings around here. You want those feathers to be well on their way before they get to the outdoor coop. So, if you split the difference and go with early May you're probably in good shape to keep them inside (and keep that brooder clean!) til it warms up.
