All but 3 of my chickens ended up with bumblefoot, long story short there was a Brad nail sticking out of their ramp, caught it early thankfully. Vet has them on amoxicillin in the water and they have about 3 more days of that. Fecal test came back today positive for Capillaries and coccidia. Im starting the 5 day treatment for the capillaries today, I've had them off and on for years. Obviously I can't start the corid until the antibiotics are done. My question is, would you recommend a little down time between the antibiotics / deworming treatment and starting the corid or should i start the corid directly after the antibiotics are done? I scoop their poop daily and have not seen anything that would indicate coccidia so I think it's probably an early infection but obviously don't want to wait until it gets too bad. Just a little concerned about putting them through too much at once especially with the capillary treatment being so extensive. Thoughts?

I can't put them together because the antibiotics are in the water so I can't put the corid in the water in with the antibiotics. If no wait is needed I'll start the corid once the antibiotics are done.
