When should they pip, internally and externally ?? PLEASE HELP

You can sit on your hands with me. I have one that is almost completely zipped the shell around the egg but not through the membrane. I think its shrink wrapped but not sure so I am sitting on my hands for a little while longer. Just keep waiting as there is nothing else to do at the moment. Today is Friday and there should be a lot of yard sales. Go shopping for chick presents. I gotta pay bills so I will not be watching for a few hours. Maybe when I get back the chick will either be out or it will be time to help.

Go do something away from the house! Go out with your friends or family and stay away. Let nature take its course. sometimes we need to just get away to be better at practicing patience

day 21 passed and went with no peeps, so assuming no pips... I haven't looked because she never gets off the nest

She knows if the eggs are alive or not. As long as she's setting I would let her. When she gets up and leaves them is when I would worry.
