When should we cull cronish cross chickens?

They look ready to me but it is really just a matter of preference. Here are mine on slaughter day, 8 weeks old .

We have 3 cornish (2 hens and a roo) and they are about 2 months, anyone know when we should cull these meat chickens? We don't know they're weight because we dont have anything to weight them with and their almost the same size as our young hens.View attachment 2424915

My friend does hers around 8-10 weeks. Some people wait until 10-12 but I’m not sure how well that works out with how fast they decline once they get too big to maneuver around
