I have a flock of 9 adult chickens outside right now, 6 hens 3 roos. I'm finding homes for 2 of them, which are both bantams, because they've been at each others necks lately. The roo I'm keeping is an Ameracauna and he is a sweetie. He's never been aggressive towards me or any other person but he's very protective of his girls. I'm introducing younger chickens soon, all are hens except one meat rooster (I think I'm gonna keep him separate). Are roosters typically aggressive with new hens?

sometimes you should kind of ease her into the flock

I have a big dog kennel I've been letting them run around in outside, I could probably put them in that and let them be around the other ones.

Very young chicks should never be put in with adults. That said your putting them in a separate place to grow and see and be seen is good. Till they reach about eight weeks if they can free range and still sleep separate till full grown, or 16 weeks with the ability to get away if put in the same coop. The age they get together as I said can vary the more space like free ranging the younger. Less space older so they can defend them selves better. If they are nearly grown when you get them its still good to ease them into the flock.

i have 8 hens 10 weeks old and just got 6 new babies that are 2 weeks old i put them all together yesterday and stayed out there not too much pecking going on but wondering beings my older ones are still young if it would b ok to put younger ones permantely in coop once they reach 4 weeks old

The ones I want to introduce are a little over 6 weeks and are all hens.

He should be fine with the girls. I have a Americauna rooster who HATES my 3 rooster chicks he just attacks them. The only reason that roosters attack rooster chicks is because the big roo thinks '' I should kill them while they are young and weak''. With the baby hens he says yay I get more girls. So they should be fine.
Good Luck!
