When to assist?

I have 2 left in the incubator and it's been 24+ hours since internal pip. It is day 23 I put a small hole on the end to make sure they can get air. They are both still alive but I am not hearing any chirping. When should I assist? TIA

If it’s been 24 hours since external I would do some research and go ahead.
