When to bucther and what justify the means?

I have 2 8 month old heritage turkeys , 28 cornish cross chickens 5 months old about to be processed and had 19 12 week old bronze turkeys which I received early this week. The tom of the 8 month old is about 20lbs i was going to wait but I'm thinking processed him Tuesday with the cronish cross. Today I was handing out treats and the Tom reached over and snapped the neck of one of my new turkey's. Any thoughts?

I'd start processing the new turkey and remove the tom from the flock before he kills more birds.

A Turkey recently snapped the neck of my sister's silkie SnowBall 4 days ago. I was very upset about this.
Thank goodness we'll be butchering the Turkeys soon.
