When to change feed

I was wondering, at what age should baby ducks be taken off chick starter and what's food should they change to? I have chickens that are on layer but I think it's way too soon for that. They are around 7 weeks old and growing like weeds. Thanks for the info.

At about two weeks of age I started mixing in grower pellets with the starter crumbles, starting with one part grower to 4 parts starter, then slowly increasing the grower and decreasing the starter till the starter was gone and they were on grower.

Took about a week.
