I never really understood what scratch is, but if you are talking about cracked corn they could have a little bit now since they are outside and can get all the grit they need from the ground. There is grower feed, for birds too big for starter feed but not ready for layer feed. Ask your feed store, sometimes they know stuff.
When switching frmo one feed to another, I mix the new and old for awhile so they can gradually get used to the new stuff. if you have any starter left, you could try that.
