When to harvest americauna?

I definitely have a cockerel on my hand. He's is 3 months old. When is a good time to harvest it? I am looking good size yet tender when roasted.

5-6 months or when i get tired of feeding it

Americauna's are never going to have alot of meat. I harvested at about 20-22 weeks and I don't think they had a whole lot of growing left. Maturing maybe. They didn't have alot of meat but were tasty none the less. I don't think it would be worth the food to go til 6 months plus they'll start crowing long before that.
