When to help chicks out of the egg?

I'm brand new to this exciting journey. I have one chick doing very well to get out. The other one has slowed way down, only a small hole. it's been about 4 hrs. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Some chicks take up to 48 hours to hatch. The key to hatching eggs is patience the chick will take long breaks, hatching is hard work!
