When to intergrate chicks?

I have chicks in a brooder from the Easter hatch along and I have eggs in the bator again.

So there will be 3 weeks in age difference. When my new chicks hatch I was going to wait about a week and put both batches together. Do you think everything will be fine between them with the 3 week age difference?

With that age difference, I'd keep them separate until the younger ones are at least 4 weeks old... and even then, I' be watching them carefully.

Yup....agreed with mahonri. Wait until the chicks are all roughly the same size.
