First timers here, my husband accidentally dropped the lid of the incubator on our little friend in the front. It was around day 19/20. I've had two chicks hatch and this one has been struggling for 12+ hours. You can see the egg is completely cracked and the little beak is poking out. There's a lot of effort and pushing, but no progress. Advice? Should we intervene?

What day is it on? Can you still see any veins or blood?

What breed is it? It looks ready to me but if you've never done it before you need to do some reading on how to proceed.
