I have 11 week old chickens and 6 in a half week old chickens they been staying outside together but the little ones are protected with a separate spot when I try to let them out together my rooster wants to chase them and peck the other hens are perfectly fine with them but the little ones won’t fight back they run away and hide should I wait till they get bigger ? Here is a pic of the little ones and one of my roosters to see size also they have been around them introducing them for over a month now thank you in advance!

Probably wait a while, then start to introduce them cautiously. Expect the rooster to show dominance over them, and hold them down and such. I know it seems harsh, but you shouldn't rush in there straight away, unless there is bloodshed. That's what I had to do with my hens.
Hope this helps!

Thank you I always get worried he seems to peck them and then run after them and once they go back on the side that’s protected he is fine. He was the rooster that was fine with them friendly but when we got rid of our mean rooster now he seems to be bossy !
