When to make safety hole...

looks good! Any progress?

i found a tapered dremel diamond bit in my kit works well. just spun in with my fingers, not with the tool itself lol. Problem with a pin for me is it's easier to accidentally push too far. I usually score the shell with a knife first.

I probably have a drill that could work I should’ve thought of that. I definitely had to file it down a lot with a nail file before I did anything because I was super scared it would just crack in my hand lol
 
Thanks for osting this! I needed the same advice! LOL I have Pilgrim egs that have all internally piped but not externally. One chick has already hatched.... the others are just content in the shell I guess. LOL
