When to move feathered pullets into unheated coop

They are not still using heat are they?
Close off that room from the house and start opening the window to cool room off so they can get used to the outdoor temps.

This is a great idea. They haven't had heat for a couple of weeks, and the brooder is below a window, so I can spend the next few days increasing the exposure gradually--thanks, this is what we'll do.

Is this something I should look for from them that they are/aren't ready after a few days of open window exposure?

It may be good to take more than a few days, hard to give a finite number, like many things chicken observation of behaviors is key.
Are there other birds in coop?
If not, taking them out to coop during the day and back in at night might be a good idea.

.....another thing I used to do to help make the transition from coop to brooder is:

Make them a 'huddle box', put it in the brooder after turning off the heat(you might have to 'persuade' them to use it) then move it out to the coop with them.

Cardboard box with a bottom a little bigger than what they need to cuddle next to each other without piling and tall enough for them to stand in.

Cut an opening on one side a couple inches from bottom and big enough for 2-3 of them to go thru at once.

Fill the bottom with some pine shavings an inch or so deep.

This will give them a cozy place to sleep/rest, block any drafts and help hold their body heat in.
