When to slaughter greese

At what age in weeks is the best time(s) to slaughter my geese? I’ve heard at 18 and 22 weeks? Is this correct??

Ive only ever had one butchered, it was an Ebden. I used the same 18-22 weeks you're looking at but in retrospect I would wait until fall next time for a bigger goose.
