When to switch feed

I have a pair of 16 week old, wrolstad bronze hens. They are currently on a grower feed. I am keeping them for eggs and was wondering when would be a good idea to transition them to layer pellets. I don't want to do it too early or too late. Thanks

I would feed them an all flock feed, however they live with some chickens and the chickens eat a layer feed. My local feed store doesn't sell all flock feed. Could i put them all on layer feed when turkeys are laying,and then in winter move them to a higher protein feed?

I used to feed everyone chick feed until laying, then layer
Right now I feed everyone 28% turkey until they are done molting. Then all flock until poults or chicks are on the ground.
