When To Take Buttons Out Of Incubator

The eggs have been rocking and I hear a chirp every now and again!

So now my question is.. Do I take them out as they dry? Will opening the incubator hurt the chicks that are still hatching?

Take them out 12-24 hours after they hatch and no it won't hurt the others. Have a warm washcloth on-hand when you open it and drop the cloth in the bator before you close it, that will bring humidity back up quickly.
