When to take them out of bator

I've got 7 out of 16 quail hatched. Yay for me! Six have been out for a few hours and are dried off. Do I take them out now?

You can leave them in for about 24 hours but if it bugs you to think of them starving, take them out very quickly. I know it can be done because I've done it!

Thanks Kooshie! I took them out really quickly, and I'm glad I did. I found two under the wire in the water reservoir. Unfortunately, one had already drowned, but I got the other one. So that makes 8 hatched out of 16 so far, with 7 surviving.
