when to turn!?.

When should I turn my egg turner on? I couldn't get the temperature and humidty right until 12 AM then put them in do I consider today as day 0 or 1? should I turn the turner on today or tommorow?

Sure am, the eggs the lady sent me were like XXL! I was gonna ask the lady if she get double yolkers alot. I had to give it to her that she must be getting a good breakfest! they were so big! I couldn't tell which end was the big end. And which one was the small end. I hope these eggs take traits from there mommys if there hens. Then my DD will be proud to say "no more store bought eggs!" lol
