When will eggs get larger???

We have 5 black stars , they started laying 2.5 weeks ago. To date they have laid 33 eggs all small like firstegg size. Just wondering when we can expect the eggs to get larger??. thank you .

I have 3 Astrolorp and 3 Plymouth rock- they also started laying about 3 weeks ago. The eggs are slightly larger than the first eggs, but still smaller than "normal/store bought". I'm using 2:1 in recipes for now.

Give them a month to work out the kinks.

Some don't lay larger until after their first molt.
