When will hen lay?

I just got a laying cuckoo maran hen. She has been with my existing flock for 4 days. On the first day, she got beat up a little, but now is part of the flock and is not getting pecked. When will she start to lay?

How old is she? If she should be laying and doesn't, sometimes they need to settle back in after a change. I have had hens take over a month to begin laying again.
