I have some pullets (RIR, BO, BR, EE) that are 15 weeks old. Is there anywhere I can find a general idea about when they might begin laying. I understand that each girl will vary, but are there some ranges for these breeds I can expect. Waiting is driving me really NUTS!!!
Thanks

I think around 18 to 20 weeks is normal? I am not 100% sure but thats what I been told..
I could be way way off base tho.

I am waiting also.. No attempt has been made yet from them tho. They rather forage and bicker at each other for now..

the average pullet starts laying at approx. 20 weeks. there is no guarantee though.

the best answer is, "You will get your first eggs when they start laying."
