When will I know if I have a rooster instead of a hen?

My girls are 21 weeks old and no eggs yet. Is this old enough to tell if I have any roosters?

Should be, do you have pictures? Front of head shot and full body side shot would help.

Mine started crowing way before 21 weeks - so my guess is if you aren't hearing crowing..you have hens!!! Want a free rooster???
