When Will It Happen?

i don't know how to ask this question to see if its already been asked

when will my blrw rooster get the long saddle feathers and look like a rooster rather than a hen?

Im not sure about his age. i just got started raising chickens and all mine i have bought as chicks

I've never kept roosters of that breed, but the roosters I have really seem to mature/fill in/get really nicely feathered at 5-6 months.
