When will it stop?

My silkie is molting, started about a week ago. I have a show with her October 14th, will all her feathers be in by then?

I've heard some people's birds can take as long as 4 months to molt.

Any idea how many points would be deducted for feathers missing? It isn't super noticeable, mostly when she is wet, but some of her wing feathers have fallen out and are starting to grow back in.

Sorry I don't know the answer to that. We have a few judges in the Breeds,Genetics, and Showing section that may be able to give you a detailed answer regarding that.
