When will my birds start laying?

I have two production reds and a Wyandotte hen, all of which are about two and a half months old and aren't laying yet. They have nest boxes and are pretty stress free.

That translates to about 10 weeks old, and that's a little young yet. Mine are 18 and 20 weeks and I have only one of the 20 weekers who is just now showing signs that she might be getting close to POL. My 20s are Red Sex Links.
