When will my girls start laying (several breeds)

What has been your experience with the following. At what age do these begin to lay eggs?

Buff Orpington

Barred Rock

Black Copper Maran

Ameracauna

I have had them start at 22 weeks to 36 weeks. My Barred Rocks always seem to be the earliest 22 to 28 weeks.....

I have a buff orpington that is 24 weeks and doesn't seem close to laying. My friend who has one from the same hatch just got her first egg last week, so I really have no idea!

My Barred Rocks are 23 weeks and just started laying the past few days.

My buff orp and barred rock began laying near the 19 week mark (they were spring babies). My EEs (sold to me as Ameraucanas) just started laying around 40 weeks.
