when will my hens start laying

i've had 3 barred rock, 6 rhode island reds, and now i'm getting more chicks, but why won't the others start producing eggs????? i've had the barred rock for about 15 weeks and the RIRs for close to 10, but no egg. should i be concerned?????????????

Did you purchase them as adults or chicks? Are they all pullets? What's the weather been like where you live?
