When will my Marens begin laying?

My pretty little Marens pullet, Miss Lizzy, is nearly 7 months old, and I have yet to see an egg from her. Does anyone know when she is likely to start laying?

A chicken can start laying as soon as 6 months. Any time now.

Most chickens lay around 21 weeks, so your Maran pullet should be laying soon!
