When will my pullets lay

i have 3 rocks 2 barred and 1 white then i have an ee and a rir they are all fairly young the barred are almost 20 wks and the white and the ee are almost 17 wks and the rir just turned a year and lays every great once and is all this normal? They pullets not laying and the hen every once and a while not to regularly! just need some feed back hope to have my own hatching eggs SOON!

do they free range? could they be laying somewhere else? our Australorps are 18 weeks old, and began laying last week. Sally our silly girl, like to lay in an old dog house! Had my 8 yr old not seen it, we never would have found it. Our kids have been having an Easter egg hunt everyday for the last week. Also, are you feeding them layer feed?

Mine are almost 21 weeks and most still have not started laying.

Mine are almost 20 weeks and only 1 of 7 is laying. My EE and RIR aren't even squatting yet, so they will probably be the last to lay. My BR and LB just started squatting.

rite now there not free ranging because they are in with some of my show stock and i dont want them breaking feathers or getting too dirty! so they will soon but i looked but im nott too concerned thought thanks
