When Will she bring them out

She will continue to sit on the eggs for the full amount of time and a little bit afterwards. I wouldn't expect her to leave the nest until at least day 30. When I said 21 days, I had chickens on my mind, sorry!
 
Some of these hens are so intent on the remaining eggs that it is easier to just pen the poults with the hen and make sure the food and water is available. When the hen jumps the `fence' and we see her in the run, then we let the poults out with her (and remove any unhatched eggs). Settled on this system after a few years of trial and error (click for bigger pic):
 
Thanks for the insight. I will make food and water available to them in the nest box and wait.
