When will she start to lay?

Doesn't look ready yet. Comb too small for a mature leghorn. What are you feeding? A grower still I hope. Generally leghorns start between 4-5 months.
 
I only see one white leghorn and she looks far far away from being ready to lay.
As someone has already posted leghorns should begin laying at 16 to 20 weeks which is not that far down the road for a 15 week old pullet. Therefor I too must ask about what you are feeding your birds.

Layer often has a lower protein which slows down growth and maturity if you switch to it too soon. Chickens will continue to grow their first year and into the second, I'm not sure what switching to layer so young is the norm.

I personally keep mine on a non medicated starter grower or an All Flock ration, and I put out a separate bowl of oyster shells for the calcium needs. I personally never feed a layer.

I know nothing of FF, it's not my thing.
