My broody is caring for 4 day old chicks and is doing a good job

but i'm worried because I have seen no evidence of her 'excretion' since two days before they hatched and they hatched yesterday night!! Help!! When will she poop??!!??

Did you pick her up and check her vent to make sure it's not blocked?

ETA: the broody or the chick? If the broody, I've had mine hold it for 4 days. But I'd check the nest and make sure she didn't mess in the nest.

GOOD NEWS!! I got in today and she was having a dust bath with her babies!! I also saw a very large poop outside of their door and I removed it. All is well. One of the chicks tried to copy mama and dustbath and it looked like it just fell over an died!! But I knew what it was doing!! Soo cute!!
