When will they lay!?

I got 15 chicks in early November, they were 6-8weeks old. When will they start to lay...?
They are all sorts of breeds and mixes. They free-range from 7am until whenever they go in for the night on their own, usually 6pm.

They should be old enough soon. Those last few weeks of waiting are so tough!
