When will they start laying?

The pictures I posted are a few weeks old. Their cons are redder now but I have 2 giants 4 buffs 2 silkies 2 golden laced and 2 speckled Sussex. I know that the giants are slow to mature. Even though I was raised around chicken , my grand parents had a farm and I helped take care of the chickens, this is the first time that I have raised them on my own. So I have a lot to learn.lol
