They are month old please guess when will they start to lay eggs

Month old? No eggs for another 3 months or even longer depending upon breed. Picture is blurry, but the bird pictured may be a cockerel.

That one in fron looks like a cockerel. Pullets will start laying eggs about 17 weeks, give or take
