It's like a little pocket and the poo drops into it. There's paper towel and panty liner in there. Just change it out when necessary.

As well as the diaper went, I'm sure a dress would cause her to fall over on her back, legs in the air, eyes x'ed out!

Every puffy girl should have a pink polka dotted diaper! We tried wearing a barrette, but her feathers weren't long enough.
