Grew up in Lorain, lived in Columbus for a good number of years as a young adult. Still have sibs and other family in both of those places. I love Ohio, I'd go back in a hot second if I could.

We are getting multiple chirps from the bator, its even got our dog turning his head! I got a question, I was looking at barred rock eggs on ebay and it says "NPIP" in the info about seller what is that abbrev mean? I am already planning another round of eggs in the bator !

No matter how this batch turns out, but I think we just might have some late bloomers on our hands.

NPIP = National Poultry Improvement Plan. It has to do with people getting their chickens blood tested (I think annually) for different diseases and they have to keep closed flocks. I would explain it more but I would probably get it wrong. Some states (like UT where I live) require that any birds or eggs that come in to the state are either coming from someone who is NPIP certified or that their flock has been tested for a bunch of different diseases.
BTW I forget what day your are on but since you are seeing the eggs moving and hearing the chicks peeping, things are going good. Just resist the temptation to open the bator. Some of them have already internally pipped so you should be seeing pips soon. Don't panic, there is nothing wrong!
