He's a Polish, not sure which variety.

Some digging could help. Try looking on Craigslist or nextdoor (sites that allow people to sell chickens) and see if anyone has one? You can also search for breeders within your general area. Feed stores might also be able to help.

Most likely, this is also a show quality bird, so you'd have to get in touch with your local breeders that go to shows, so a great place to find them would be visiting poultry shows! And as a bonus, you'll get to see lots of beautiful birds
