Where are the eggs? Gone,..Missing! :(

For the past 2 months I have only been getting zero to 3 eggs a day, many days I will not get any . My average is 1 egg every day or 2, I have 10 RIR hens, most are different ages, 11 months -18 months old. Less than 3 months ago I was getting 7 to 8 eggs a day, I am going to give them a little while longer and if I am still not getting any eggs, In the freezer they will go. I keep mine in a a pen with laying boxes and check several times a day, I am hoping that it is just because the weather is getting warmer. I feed them 22% layer pellets and oystershell free choice. I tried the light, but it didnt help.

We live about 30 minutes away from Princeton, small world, huh?
Yes we have snakes but not this time of the year, too early for them. There is no predators, there is no egg eaters, and they aren't hiding eggs. As far as the weather it isnt supposed to affect them, it is the length of daylight that determines thier laying habits. They have been penned up all day and we got one egg. I am going to keep them penned up for now and see what happens. Update later,...
